Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

These Acceptable Use Policies supplement our Terms of Service and define the permitted use of the Palveron platform.

Permitted Use

You may use the platform to:

• Verify AI interactions against governance policies

• Create and export compliance evidence

• Monitor AI agents and browser AI usage

• Create blockchain attestations for audit purposes

• Integrate SDKs and adapters into your applications

Prohibited Use

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

Rate limit circumvention: Automated systems designed to bypass quota restrictions

Reverse engineering: Decompilation, disassembly, or reverse engineering of the gateway, guardrail engine, blockchain components, or PII detection patterns

Resale: Selling or sublicensing governance requests to third parties

Artificial load: Generating traffic without legitimate governance purpose

API abuse: Using the API for purposes unrelated to AI governance

Data extraction: Systematic scraping of the platform or its data

Unauthorized security testing: Penetration tests or vulnerability scans without prior written consent

Security Responsibility

You are responsible for the secure storage of your API keys and credentials. Do not share them with unauthorized persons. Compromised credentials must be rotated immediately via the dashboard and reported to [email protected].

Fair Use Limits

Community and Pro plans are subject to fair use limits for governance requests, agents, and storage. Current limits are visible in the dashboard and on the pricing page. You will be notified if you exceed these limits and can upgrade to a higher plan.

Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in the Palveron platform, we ask for responsible disclosure. Please send your report to [email protected]. We commit to reviewing your report promptly and informing you about the resolution.

Enforcement

In case of violations, the Provider may restrict access, temporarily suspend the account, or terminate immediately for serious violations. Affected users will be notified before suspension where possible, unless immediate action is required to protect the platform or other users.
